" I really loved the staff here, they were all really sweet and had amazing personalities. The room was really nice as well, I did notice some things but I believe they were natural mishaps and shouldnt be taken into account of the hotel itself. I celebrated my boyfriend's 22nd birthday in the Loft Suite, and it was just such a nice room with two bathrooms with showers. We called ahead and they said the room could hold 6 people so we also had some friends over and overall had a really nice day and night. I had a hard time sleeping but everything else was nice. Again, really amazing staff who were communicative throughout the entire process and understanding of the little things I noticed. My boyfriend had a really nice birthday experience thanks to the Joule!"

"The breakfast is always great. The ladies that serve it are wonderful. We had one big problem, our tv didn’t work ! We were promised it to replace the next day. Guess what, we come back and no tv!!!Thry said the maintenance man didn’t come to work."
