"Shower could only be used by two people because the drain was so clogged. Also, when we checked in we were told our room would only be cleaned mid-stay upon request… standard nowadays. Well when we requested beds and towels later, we were told it wouldn’t happen. Seems to be some miscommunication between staff. The weekend brunch buffet is overpriced for what they provide but the room service is good. Chose this place because it is the only hotel with a hot tub, seats about 6. It was a decent stay, almost worth the price but could use some touches to make it better and more worth the money."

"Room was spacious and clean. We were traveling with children and the amenities were just ok. Pool area has dust covering furniture and construction materials around. Kids thought it was a little boring. I’d recommend to a business traveler, but not a family."

"Rooms were great, but they were extremely hot, with no option to set the thermostat lower than 68, and could not open a window. Also, the bathroom sink lighting is extremely dim. Could not find a way to make it brighter, so it made it difficult to see well when getting ready for our event. Otherwise everything else was wonderful!"
