"None of the amenities were available. No pool, no gym. Our room heating/cooling unit didn’t work, I asked to have someone come look at it and they never did. Our mattress cover was dirty. We asked for a late check out and were told they couldn’t accommodate that. There were employees outside our door at 7am talking so loudly it woke us up. They were discussing laundry. One woman was talking to the other down the hall. Also anytime there was a neighbor taking a shower (which happened early morning our first day there) the pipes were so loud."

"Room was average, mattress was very stiff and uncomfortable, door handle on bathroom came off, fridge froze our drinks, front desk charged us $35/might for one pet when the price on the website said $20. He said “price increased”. Tried to checkout before our second night, front desk guy refused. They had very few customers, now we know why. Terrible. "
