"Good location, interesting check in with digital key. Prefer a door code normally. Parking was nice, communication was great. Wish there were a few small amenities provided such as basic shower things. The kitchen wasn’t 100% clean. But overall will definitely recommend this location and if need be will stay here again. "

"Great location since its beside metrotown stop, starbucks , tim hortons and subway. The beds are very comfortable, and breakfast had many options. I highly recommend this place especially traveling with kids since they have a pool and are attached to the biggest mall. I spent 3 hours at the mall and onlu saw one level. My only feedback if there was one would be better instructions on how to get around and where to get a compass card from the staff. Overall this was a great place. Thanks for the complimentary water each day."
"Awesome little hotel with great character. You can tell she’s old so the little things didn’t bother me it’s clean and very spacious. Staff are the most friendly I’ve ever seen at hotel. 100% for that. A few spots of wear and tear but beds were clean and comfy. Close walk to the sky train and the quay for all its cute stores and views "
