"The staff is awesome and the food superb! The rooms are clean and comfortable although they could use some renovations. For example, some of the floor boards were loose. The location close to the airport was perfect, because our flight home was cancelled twice due to the weather. I would stay here again without any hesitation."

There was a slight issue with our room, not only were they considerate, they upgraded our room and sent a gift to our room complimentary once hearing about our wedding. Bus stop right behind hotel, hotel staff pointed this out and I wished I had taken advantage because Cab drive to Florence city about 55 euros each way. "Grand hotel Cappuggi did not disappoint. I stayed with my 3 children for 10 nights end of june , start of july. Very reasonably priced 4* hotel experience haf by all. A little out of town (2 miles) but free shuttle bus (or taxi if not available) shows excellent customer care. Receptionists very helpful, cleaners nice and cheerful. Fabulous swimming pool essential in 38° temperatures. Football and tennis available. Ball provided keeping my boys well entertained. Thiroughly recommend this hotel as a point from where to explore Tuscany and further afield. "
