"The staff at this property took excellent care of us. They were patient, kind, and helpful. The food was very fresh and flavorful. The shower was a little difficult to get working properly but we figured it out in the end. Really loved the view from the balcony too. 10/10 would stay again. "

And we searched and paid a hotel on our own costs. We paid 130 Euros for a hotel. You have called us later and told us you will look and confirm another hotel. But then you did no more call us. "Fabio and Theresa were great hosts. They were friendly and helpful. This location is very walkable and the Inn provides free nearby parking. The location is close to the city center and very walkable. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Top notch breakfast in the morning. I would highly recommend the Pistoia Inn B&B for your Pistoia stay!"
"Everyone was very friendly, specifically the staff at the bar. Breakfast buffet was nice with many options and good coffee. Room was very clean and had a lot of soace. Bathroom was nice with a good shower. Air Conditioner and n the room worked well. Pool could have more sun chairs as it was like all the time crowded during our stay in August. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants in the center (10 minutes) The Funicolare to Montecantini Alto is also only 15 minutes by feet away. "
"An interesting hotel with 70s-80s decore. A feeling of the past however with a view to the future with serious commitment to green credentials. A slow food restaurant extends the good feeling of solar power, and recycled papers in the bathrooms and dining rooms.

Need to arrange shuttle time when you check in (especially if early am flight) and there is a E$15 charge but very convenient compared to walking to tram or finding a taxi.

"Its a lovely hotel. Only hotel that gave me complimentary water. Breakfast buffet was fabulous. Staff attended to me promptly. Rooms are neat and big and the ambience is very welcoming. Only issue is the distance. Its located along the highway on the outskirts of town. I cant say its worth the distance (1hr 30mins from town) but its a lovely hotel"
