Hotels near Ice Age Fossils State Park

"Our initial room was not very clean, but the staff immediately got us into a different room that was clean and conveniently close to the elevator. However, only one elevator worked during our 4 day stay unfortunately. It happened to be a very busy weekend, so that inconvenience made it very frustrating going back and forth. The pool was nice and clean, and our kids enjoyed it, but getting to the pool back around the building was not ideal. It made us feel like we couldn't trust our kids to safely walk back and forth themselves."

"We were double-charged on our credit card not an issue we want on vacation and we'll have to handle that when we get back home to our state. The air-conditioning has a control box on the wall, but it does nothing. A very rude Valet with nowhere to park to check-in. There's no coffee maker in the room, so you'll have to drive across the street to the mini-mart or go into the casino to buy one. But the bed was comfortable. Overall, no hospitality or customer service so we won't stay there again."
