On the positive - Regarding the Staff - extremely helpful and professional.
On the negative ...we had continuous issues with our room door lock and had to ask staff for their help - very frustrating.
The washing machine was old and extremely loud and needed to be replaced.
The cover for the rad heat was not secure and fell down,

Property was very very centrally located. The rooms are clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Any minor maintenance issues were promptly dealt with. The housekeeping staff were all amazing. Perfect for an extended stay

This hotel is a lovely find and will definitely use it again. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The air conditioning was good. The bedrooms were spotless as was the bathroom.
