We stayed six nights and the bed was changed once only after I had asked housekeeping when I ran into them in the corridor. Room service is non existent. Breakfast buffet was ok and the kids loved the pool area. We had to stay a few extra nights due to a typhoon and they kept rates very reasonable which was appreciated."
