Porém, ao chegarmos, a recepcionista que nos recebeu cobrou novamente o valor da reserva. Avisei que já estava pago, no entanto, a recepcionista agiu com muita prepotência dizendo que tinha certeza que não estava e que eu deveria provar que estava. "Very convenient option before crossing to Ilha Grande. The rooms are very basic but the bed was fine and the a/c was in good working condition. Staff and the owner were very friendly and accommodating, including special requests that we had. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options. "
