"Very nice place to stay, i was in Japan for 15 days, i know is more like Rb&b not an hotel, but i wish they can clean the apartment 3 or 4 times in a 15 days stay.
I definitely recommend and if i come back to Japan i will stay in this place again."

"Very quiet yet located just blocks away from
The busy street of Tokyo. Nice coffee machine in the breakfast place could be used by all. Located in the day neighbor hood. Good stay"

"It was the perfect place for someone who has never been to Japan before. It was near lots of places and it had lots of things included with your reservation that other places would charge extra for."

"Clean rooms, responsive staff, great facility, and location with tons of food and coffee shops around. Rooms were family friendly loved that there was a park right across the street! I would highly recommend!"

"The property is a self check-in which was very simple. The location was perfect for our first visit to Japan. We was a family of 4 and the room was big enough and very clean. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"Very clean. It was spacious for us, family of 6 (without any big luggages).
There are convenience stores & 1 bigger grocery store (that we know of), and bus stops within walking distance. No elevator, but it wasn't too bad to climb up to 5th floor.
AC was great. 4 bunk beds (with soft mattress!) in the room. Each bed space has plug for charging phone and small light..
1 toilet and shower/bath room + 1 toilet, washing machine (we didn't use it), hair dryer, and many more....
Provided pots &...

"The place was nice and enough room for 7 of us. Location was great as it was near train station, couple of 7-eleven, Lawson and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would comeback again. Communication was clear and fast as well."

"We booked for a group of 8 adults and a toddler for 3 nights. It was a nice change from tiny hotel rooms! Each floor has its own bathroom, kitchen, king bed, sofas, and Japanese style sleeping mats. Each floor also has a washer/dryer and projector screen. Very spacious! It was also very clean, including the outdoor spaces. Check in and check out were a breeze. The quiet location was great. "I loved this hotel, it was my first time in Tokyo and they made my experience so memorable. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. 10/10 experience"
"Almost everything was great at Keio Plaza Hotel, the very only bad thing was the schedule for restaurants , they close too early, even weekends . Most of the restaurants close by 9 pm . Way too early. Other than that it was a very good experience, I will definetely stay at the Keio Plaza Hotel again. Excellent Hotel!!!😊"
"The room was smaller than expected but I hear all rooms in Japan are. The AC was very nice during the hot summer. Overall it was a very good experience. My only complaint is the coin laundry they have; the wash cycle takes 30 minutes and recommended 60 minutes to dry, this often causes a line for the dryers. Additionally, when I went to use the dryers, after a full hour my clothes were still damp. Other than that awesome hotel, love the godzilla display they have in the lobby :)"
"Clean room, but the bathroom is a bit outdated. Room is a bit small for 3 beds. Hotel staff extremely courteous and hotel is close to many food options and the train station."
