The staff were exceptional and greeted us upon arrival. When we first checked in to the room, the toilet seats and toilet were literally dirty. We called management and they had cleaning folks attend to it right away. The carpets in the hotel room were dirty with dirt marks. It was not what I expected in a nearly $400 per night hotel.
Hotel is super clean daily. All the necessary amenities are included. Professional and friendly staff 7 days a week. The in-Hotel restaurants are amazing.
The location is extremely good. It is near subway and walkable to ginza and toranomon and tokyo station. Room is big and quiet. Many places to eat around the area also
This hotel is a little bit run down. But we had access to the premium lounge, so that was really nice to get free drinks and snacks. Also the mini fridge was all for keeps as well. Those are the little things that made up for it. Our breakfast was complimentary as well, and it was so nice to have the option to have it in our room. I would stay here again.
