" Good room for the price"

"Bathrooms was dirty. A lot of water damage spot that was repaired below standard"

"The staff who checked me in, Ms. Jill was very personable and accommodating. Ms. Jill was the best part of my stay. The room was ok, but the shower needed some TLC with new groutung, etc. The front door was loose, but Ms. Jill got the maintenance to take care of it and was gixed right away. "

"Having a student at IUP I have stayed at many of the area hotels, this is by far the best in the area. The Hilton goes above and beyond in its amenities as well as the cleanliness of the prperty."

"Room was too warm and we were not able to lower the temperature below 68 degrees. That was their setting. Only 2 suitcase carts for an over 225 room hotel. Ice machine on our floor wasn't working. And only one staff member at the front desk."

"The room and hotel were clean overall, and the staff was pleasant. The only issues during our stay were that another guest’s door kept slamming shut throughout the night, which was pretty disruptive, and the bathroom caulking looked a bit grimy and could use better cleaning or maintenance. Other than that, the stay was decent."
