Very nice and helpful staff. They provided a welcome card that allows you free public transportation and entry or discounts. You can walk to the city center, I did several times, in 25 minutes. Good value at the price point.

Sehr moderne und saubere Zimmer; die Bushaltestelle liegt gleich hinter dem Haus und die Straßenbahn ist auch nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt; gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

We enjoyed having a drink at the bar and dinner at the hotel, which was quite nice with plenty of options. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, bright and comfortable. The view of the mountains from the room was also stunning. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great local Innsbruck hotel
We really enjoyed our 3-night stay @ Hotel Dollinger. Very convenient location near bus & tram, super clean & comfortable rooms. While breakfast is a nice/basic buffet, their lunch & dinner is fantastic, especially in their garden setting. Front desk team was especially kind & helpful. Highly recommend!

The hotel is in a great position, right on the edge of town, making it very easy to walk to the centre but far enough out that it's quite around the hotel. The breakfast options are great and I'd say there's an option for everyone regardless of dietary needs. Staff are really friendly and I found all areas of the hotel I used to be clean and well maintained. I'd stop here again if I returned to Innsbruck.

The hotel and room were so nice! I highly recommend staying here. The only downside was finding parking. The two lots they offer were completely full for the entirety of my stay and there’s not really any public parking nearby.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The front staff was friendly and helpful. Pay laundry facilities on premises was great to refresh our clothes midway through our trip. Location is scenic but a bit of a walk to the 'old town' area (about 20 minutes). Thankfully Innsbruck is a very walkable and pretty city.

Good hotel, well maintained, big rooms, rich breakfast . For dinner there is a wonderful restaurant inside the hotel. Little bit far from the old city.

Excellent stay! We had a very nice room with a non-intrusive quiet and efficient A/C, nice bathroom and even though the room was facing the street, it was quiet and peaceful. The restaurant food was also very good and one could even choose what type of meat one preferred for a Wiener Schnitzel (even the oil used to cook it in). Specialities of the house, like a plum-tarte (Zwetschkenkuchen) or plum digestive were excellent! Breakfast had a good variety and the staff were friendly. The bedding was very comfortable (Backpain-free) and we would definitely stay there again on our next stopover after having tried many other places in the area. There is a mini safe in the room. However, there is no fridge or minibar! (Unfortunately that is a rare find in many European hotels)

Great choice for a mountain + city trip
Clean and comfortable hotel. There is free breakfast and parking which is a bonus. It's about a 30 minute walk to town, but the location is ideal for those driving to the nearby mountains and lakes. There is air conditioning as well. Will stay again when coming to enjoy the mountains.

In summer on crossroad without refrigirator
Location is at the crossroads. The traffic on Antun Rauch Strasse at night is very low. I slept by the open window although there are soundproof window and AC. Some rooms might be noisy. There was coffee/tea maker without a cup (only one glass in the bathroom). In August I missed a refrigirator. The staff at the reception was easygoing. Breakfast buffet was passable.

Stayed one night during road trip south. Parking was easy. Very nice 20 minute walk along the river to city center - perfect for us after spending all day in the car! Friendly staff. Our room was street side and still very quiet.

Exceptional service
Awesome service; and great location just out of the city centre, easy walk to the old town. Their breakfast was excellent with a very wide selection of foods and drinks. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very accommodating and made us feel very welcome.

Fall Stayover in Innsbruck
Wonderful staff, breakfast and location. However, they like to keep the heat on and it was stuffy and too warm. We had to keep the window open while we slept, but our room was facing the busy street. Thankful for our white noise app! I would definitely choose to stay here again. Though it is a bit far, we chose to walk to the town center. Public transportation is easily available too.

Just fine for our short stay.
It was good! The hotel room was clean and had what we needed for our one night stay. However, it just felt a little tired and in need of sprucing up in the common areas. The staff was friendly. Parking was available which we were grateful for. The breakfast room was so hot. They need to have air flow in there. Breakfast quite adequate in terms of options. We had a car so hard to comment on location but we felt close to what we wanted to see.

Small but sufficient
Stayed in an annex room, which was essentially a series of tiny box of a rooms detached from the main building. Room was clean except for a few spiders. Good WiFi connection and the host lent me a fan since there’s only one window and you can’t really get much of a breeze otherwise. I thought it was a little expensive for what you got but it’s cheap by Innsbruck standards. YMMV.
