After check-in, we found out the bedsheets and pillows are not clean, the floor is also very dusty, and one of the air conditioning water is dripping. The location is very convenient. The tv was a rabbit ear 13" with a snowy picture and 2 Vietnamese channels only. The hotel is old in a not so good area with hookers standing outside the hotel. The hotel is so old if it is clean you can't tell, needs paint, plumping toilet leaking around the base, needs lots of work to bring into a 1-star hotel rating. Many restaurants in walking...

"The cleanliness is ok. But the hotel is not handicap friendly as there is no lift n tv in the room is not even working. The lighting in the room pretty poor. No aircond remote to reduce or increase the temperatures. Water coming out from the shower is slow n the hot water not working either."
