"I admit was my mistake make booking suppose stay on 10th to 12th June but wrong booked on 11th untill 13th. Drop a message to the Hotel and keep calling from morning till afternoon without respond. "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pullman Kuching. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. From the reception counter to the front entrance, the staff consistently greeted us with warm smiles, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We also appreciated the room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and made our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor drawback was that some noise from the ongoing renovation works could occasionally be heard. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable stay at Pullman Kuching, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality shown by the staff."
