"LOVED this place. Just a few minutes from Interlaken, with a fantastic location next to the river. The room (studio) was perfect for our family of 3. Having a fully equipped kitchen was ultra convenient. Would come back any time we visit the area."

"The hotel is situated directly opposite the train station, making travel very easy. The staff were wonderful and very informative. Great facilities including a luggage storage service and a common area with complimentary ice and hot water. Rooms are clean, peaceful, and equipped with a fan. The bedding is high quality and very comfortable. Don't miss the breakfast on the rooftop; the view is stunning and the meal was excellent!"

"The hotel is outdated and needs serious updating. The staff is helpful and the room is decent with no a/c. The only good thing is it is conveniently accessible by bus and train. Overall, the high price is not worth the stay."
