Hollywood Casino at Greektown

"The room was very nice and very clean. The problem I experienced was with check-in. I got to the hotel at about 3 PM and was told there was no early check-in, which I completely understand. However, the line was so long that it wrapped around the hotel lobby and it took us more than an hour to check in. We were supposed to eat dinner near Ford Field and attend the Ed Sheeran concert. Check-in took so long that we missed our dinner. I travel frequently and have never experienced such a long delay for check-in before. It was really disappointing."

"Good value, price, location for the hotel. Walk a few blocks to find a good restaurant. Hudson, Dime Store, Toastique, or my new favorite Joe Lewis Kitchen."

"The room was like a little loft apartment. Well appointed. Full kitchen on side of living area. Very clean and everything mostly new including laundry machines. Cleaning staff was super friendly as were the valets. Hotel desk staff were a little aloof. They seemed to have better things to do than to help the person right in front of them. Overall, a lovely stay."

"Friendly front desk and Helpful staff.. Shuttle service was great. Nice room and great bathroom. Night stands outlet availability was not good.. Free parking and parking garage was great. Price was High and taking advantage of Rush concert in town but so were many other places.. Solid value all things considered in relation to other places.."

"The hotel was a great experience. The staff, for the most part, was phenomenal, very nice, and accommodating. I want to give a special thank you to Jacqueline, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and right at home; we really appreciated it. My view was amazing, but the bathroom was dated, and I was disappointed because I assumed I was getting the renovated river view room. I booked through a third party and should have booked directly if I wanted some of my special requests honored a little better. Other than that, we enjoyed it and will be back."
