The first thing that hit us was the greyness of the bedcovers and the towels. It is high time that these were changed for new ones. This was a non smoking room, but the smell of cigarettes was coming through - not sure where from - could either be from the aircon vent or from the windows which was shut. Had to sleep with our masks on. Windows were not soundproofed so it was pretty noisy being at the front facing the main road and a busy junction.

Not Bad. No to the basement carpark
Overall good location and decent room with a very good price. Only complaint is the basement carpark. Do not park at the basement as it is very narrow and you risked scratching your car. There are parking lots available beside and behind the hotel. The hotel receptionist should have informed this instead of asking me to go to the basement carpark. Else everything is good

nothing really special about this hotel, it old, even my main door chain lock is missing! the toilet handle bar came off when i just touch it , terrible maintenance , when we check in, after 15 mins delay, the rooms on our floor are under renovation, terrible smell of Glue! Never again to stay , there are nicer hotel nearby

Centralise location, along main road. The hotel staff are friendly. Lady Mgr is very helpful to guide us for foods & places of interest.

Location is ideal, easy access to food joints, shopping & some attractions. Hotel is along the main road & the noise is disturbing, especially at night. Closing the toilet window helps. Downside is the poor maintenance & limited housekeeping. Toilet is badly designed; whole toilet floor gets soaking wet & request for extra floor ignored. Also hardly any space around the sink to place personal stuff..very inconvenient.

The mattresses were sagging in the middle and they wanted to charge an extra fee for the fourth pillow. Also, despite asking for a quiet room we were allocated one with a window facing the petrol station, which was noisy through most of the day and night with motorbikes, lorries and cars revving into the station. There was also the smell of petrol wafting into the room and corridor. Disappointing. However, the room and bathroom were both clean and spacious.

Hotel location is convenient. Staff is helpful. Surrounding have many good food and near shopping centre Parkson. The only thing is Wifi is slow.

Good stay. People at front desk are very helpful. Nice view of downtown. ac was nice. Though i did cut my toe open accidently kicking the step tile from bathroom to main room . The tile was sharp. Be careful.

Value for money basic hotel
Price is good for a 3 star hotel with good locations in between the night market and road side hawker stalls. Room is big. However, with limited socket points for charging phones and tablets. They do not replenish toiletries nor that small piece of soap. Make sure you have your own supply. Nothing much to complaint as it was really value for money if u just want to sleep. Oh ya, door and window are not sound proof at all. If u r a light sleeper, forget about staying in this hotel. Compliments must be given to the security staffs who managed the car park. They did a good job and very hard working. We felt safe to park the car there though car park is really limited.

I like the price initially and location until I checked in and noticed the following: Cannot make phones calls from room. Common carpets on the floor I stayed needed replacing. No bath soap or hair conditioner. No paper pad or pencil/pen. Older tv in room. Older mattress, towels, pillow case and sheets. Minimum towels provided (no face or hand towels provided). One side of wall in my room is painted green. Hotel is starting to be dated. Hotel did provide 3 bottles of soda/pop (and coffee packets) and 4 bottles of water. However, I don't drink soda/pop. I had to cut short my stay 1 night (Firefly flight cancellation) and the Hotel tried to accommodate me part way and so I appreciate it a lot. The staff are friendly.
