"Everything is nice. Love the express check out - having a staff check out for us as we walked out the elevator. Love the free breakfast. The only complaint I have is that one morning as we were rushing to meet up with friends, some guests (the university of Hawaii female sport team) parked their cars on the exit lane at the main entrance, waiting for their students to check out and get into their vehicles. The entry lanes were also full of cars, so we were stuck there for a little while. Fortunately, one of the entry lanes got cleared up, so we got out that way. If this happens again, please direct them to wait for their students in the garage or somewhere without blocking other guests. Their strong athletes can push their suitcases to the garage like everyone else. Thank you! "

"Easy check in. Staff was great. The facility needs more parking spaces for people checking in. There was a bit of a traffic jam out front since four cars were arriving at the same time and there was nowhere to place their car. "
