I appreciated having a roll-in shower, but the floor was covered with water when I was done - perhaps a small lip can keep water in the shower. Room was fine but we missed having a chair to sit in and a small body lotion available in the bathroom along with washcloths - we got them the next day. The staff and ease of getting around with my walker was very good. All-in-all, I would stay there again.

This was our second time at this hotel. We love the location, close to some great restaurants and Little Italy. The staff is outstanding and we would be pleased to stay here again on a future trip. A word of advice, request a no-slip shower mat. The shower floor gets very slick. Otherwise, a wonderful stay!

I looked at reviews before staying here. Very disappointing!! The AC didn’t work, we were sweating all night in the room. No amenities at the hotel. Very base level accommodation. I was shocked and disappointed by the hotel I booked! Do not believe the reviews. I’d never stay here again
