"Very helpful staff. Arranged trips for us and couldn't have been more helpful. The thermal pool was divine. Good continental breakfast. All round lovely location and great place to stay. Highly recommend.
Other tips not related to hotel was the overpricing of the taxi drivers. Not consistent and very expensive indeed! Charged 30 euros for a short drive to the port which was around a mile away. Plus between 15 and 20 euros to go less than 2 miles to other places. "

"We stayed at the Insula for just a night. They allowed us to stay and use the pool and facilities at the boutique hotel the next day and looked after our luggage whilst we enjoyed ourselves. "Staff was great, breakfast was delicious. It is quite a hike up the hill from the port, so I do recommend buying a bus pass when you get off the ferry. There is a bus stop directly across from the hotel. "

We had the pleasure of attending the Ferragosto gala dinner, which was an unforgettable experience: a sumptuous feast with live music and spectacular fireworks over the sea.

"We had a lovely stay here. Mario was so accommodating, friendly and helpful. He gave us many recommendations and lots of information about the island. The breakfast buffet had many tasty options and we thoroughly enjoyed a delicious dinner at the on premises restaurant, located under a beautiful lemon grove. The property is walkable to the marina. We thoroughly recommend La Casa del Faro. "

"This is easily the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at and I'm not sure it is really close. The hotel itself is obviously gorgeous with all the amenities you could want, but the real differentiating factor was the staff. The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. Francesco at the front desk in particular was fantastic but all of the restaurant staff were there to answer any question and try to solve any issue. I could not recommend this hotel any more highly!"
