"This is easily the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at and I'm not sure it is really close. The hotel itself is obviously gorgeous with all the amenities you could want, but the real differentiating factor was the staff. The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. Francesco at the front desk in particular was fantastic but all of the restaurant staff were there to answer any question and try to solve any issue. I could not recommend this hotel any more highly!"

The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming upon arrival and anytime i had questions. the gentleman in the dining looked for me every morning and set me a table in the same plce every day, it was so sweet.
