"A bit off the beaten path in Casa Micciola, this hotel was oustanding in every way. From decor( recently entirely renovated and it showed in glorious fashion. You felt like an honored guest Breakast buffet included plus eggs to order. The hotel offered shuttie & taxi service plus dining & bar at normal hours. The staff! Minus was a lack of non fish/seafood option as my partner doesn’t eat it but other that that food was good for me. "

"This is easily the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at and I'm not sure it is really close. The hotel itself is obviously gorgeous with all the amenities you could want, but the real differentiating factor was the staff. The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. Francesco at the front desk in particular was fantastic but all of the restaurant staff were there to answer any question and try to solve any issue. I could not recommend this hotel any more highly!"
