"Staff was friendly, courteous and accommodating. Yes the Hotel is dated but it had everything we needed for one night before our cruise. Pool was available and used by many. Two restaurants available on the spot. I appreciated that it was on the Isla verde strip, very walkable. We enjoyed the beach and great selections of restaurants, casinos, supermarket and Walgreens. As older ladies, the area felt very safe at all times. The laundry was a plus. Thank you for all your efforts. Feliz Navidad. Myrna G- Michigan "
