For shopping center and accommodation they use just two lifts .. where u gonna waite more then 20-30 mj utes and plus on counter staff ask really personal questions act like very unprofessional.

Great experience here. Really nice clean modern apartment. Good service from friendly staff. Excellent location with the mall next door. Close to all the main landmarks. Can’t fault it.

The property was clean. However, they must fix some of other issues: 1. You need to pay for water during breakfast even if you have already paid for breakfast. 2. They don't have support for arranging taxi to airport or elsewhere.

I had a great stay, everything was smooth from parking to check in, Zain & Hassan were extremely helpful at the reception and made my experience worthwhile. I will definitely be staying here next time!!!

Good location but apartments are not very clean are also in need of repairs which owners dont want to spend. Big ants on kitchen worktops.

It was nice that the mall was right underneath the hotel. I enjoyed shopping and meeting with the locals. There was plenty of options at the food court. But if i am honest i never could figure out room service. I tried several times but the number didnt work. It would be nice if you could just order from a tablet or on ta website.

STAY IN ISLAMABAD
The apartment itself was clean and neat. Stay was wonderful and staff friendly. Only thing lacking it not well equipped for self catering. No microwave, toaster and very few untensils and pots that in very bad condition that needs to be replaced.as it was Ramadan it was not an issue. It situated on the mall for easy access.

I checked in around 4pm with my wife and the receptionist told that the bfst is included , serving from 7:30 to 10am so i gladly asked the dude if i can have it ready by 7 cos i have early appointment …. They never communicated back to me regarding the same , so i called the reception again if they can serve bfst for 2 people or give us take away by 7am . So ignored me like they dont care if they dont care if i and my wife stay hungry. So we checked out without bfst. This was 1st one and i will never come back again. So terrible
