"The staff was incredibly helpful and kind from the moment we arrived. We even had to add a day last minute for an extra diving course to become advanced divers and they were more than willing to accommodate and let us stay in the same room for one more night. I also highly recommend if you're going to be there staying on the quiet side. They have an offer of a quiet side or the main Street side, and the main Street side is actually right across the street from a huge bar called choppers. That frequently does late night karaoke live bands and the pub crawls so it gets incredibly noisy at that location. Just something to keep in mind"

"My wife and I stayed the night here for our first night on ko Tao before our diving school began. We had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful as well maintained as the properties were. I expected a way higher amount of money. They were incredible and I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to stay with an awesome breakfast, buffet and comfortable rooms and great customer service"

"It might look fancy and pool has been Bangkok there a diamond dozen there’s 100 of them unless you’re Chinese owned or your influence and have an American Express gold card. They don’t want you if you’re American. I got bad vibes after IIt might look fancy in pools, Ben Bangkok, there a diamond dozen there’s 100 of them unless you’re Chinese owned or your influence and have an American Express gold card. They don’t want you if you’re American. I got bad vibes after I paid over ฿6000 to stay there I didn’t want me on the property. I’m a US travel 30 years professional Chef and Owner and all the best for them."

"The deluxe hilltop room view was amazing, and far enough from beach noise to sleep peacefully. The staff was very helpful, The restaurant food was wonderful and some of the best available. The dive shop and diving staff made staying at Bans the best trip to Koh Tao ever."

"Stayed at the villa, very big and clean, nice pool. It has air conditioning only in the sleeping rooms which is a minus . Staff are very helpful, breakfast was good. You can access the beach via stairs but this is good for snorkeling only. The hotel is far so if you need a taxi it is 500 bath per direction, or you can rent motorcycles but keep in mind the road is very steep . "
