"A lovely hotel, very comfortable. Staff as always make a hugh difference, and here is no exception. The reception team were excellent and made things happen. For example one day our room wasn't serviced, the fantastic receptionist took appropriate action swiftly and resloved the issue to our full satisfaction. The Resturant team were also excellent, and the breakfast was outstading. A really geat stay, no question we will return. Thank you."
