"Friendly staff fantastic restaurant great location"

"The room was clean, however very run down and out dated. The tile in the shower was cracked. Water pressure would knock you off your feet one day and do nothing the next. Sometimes lava hot sometimes ice cold. The staff was VERY disgruntled every time we talked to them. They did not clean the room more than 2 of the 8 nights and we had to ask for clean towels anytime we needed them. "

"Hotel itself was a little tired around the edges but clean and otherwise fairly comfortable. What made my stay though were the staff who are incredibly helpful and friendly. Makes such a difference. A particular shout-out for Emma, on reception, who is very welcoming and always a pleasure to speak to."
