"The room we had didn’t have AC; however, we were in a large budget studio in the basement of the building which was still cool enough during the hot weather. Additionally, our windows opened to the street/park and were able to get some fresh air. Previously, we stayed there in an AC room that was a very small studio. The property is very well maintained, clean, and quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very close to groceries, restaurants, pubs, and Kings Cross/St. Pancras stations for easy access to travel to wherever you want. A very nice neighborhood also. Highly recommend!"
