Difficult to find if you're not familiar with Canary Wharf. Phone maps no good as too many high buildings so poor signal. On check in we were told we hadbern 'upgraded' to a bigger room when in fact we had been given an accessible room. Yes, it was bigger but meant we had a wet room so the whole floor is soaked after a shower and the sink is too low for us with bad backs!

This is a great place to stay for someone young...I am 67. The hotel did move us to a handicap room which had more space. Consider book of the "Tribe Extra Space" if you have multiple suitcases. They have an outside laundry service that is very good and reasonably priced. The hotel restaurant for breakfast is fine; but we are in the restaurants surrounding the hotel for dinner. I would give them 8/10 for a rating.

Room very nice and clean. Breakfast highly hectic and unorganised. There was no much choice, you would not know who the restaurant staff was as they were not wearing uniform or name badge. Some rules are there for a reason..also annoyed that the card payment at reception declined my Barclay debit card. Clearly an issue at the hotel as I never had any problem anywhere before with my Barclay card. Overall good service but hotel too woke.

Rooms are very compact. Staff were nice, well located next to Dishoom, close to the Canary Wharf tube station(10 min walk). There is a AmazonFresh (closes 11pm) close by for supplies. There is parking close by 10 min walk available £24 for 24 hours. Not bad.. A little confusion. When I checked in advised I had a reservation etc. noticed on my CCard app a similar amount charge for the hotel, assumed it was a pre-authorisation. On check out the manager stepped in confirmed it was a double charge and processed a refund. All good!

To be honest, this hotels pricing outmatched the guest experience. The size of the rooms in the atrium area were minuscule. You could not swing a cat successfully..and the going rate was £175 per night. Added to that was the shameful treatment by the maitre D in the cafe when we went for breakfast. Nothing explained in terms of how to order and we were left to try and find a clean table amongst the filthy ones that were available They seem overwhelmed in the cafe, everything takes too long from ordering to service (cold coffee delivered) and despite the number of staff available, no one seems to be doing anything to help the customer. Really poor show, was expecting so much more from this venue

A very expensive stay. There were no gym facilities on site - although use of other gyms at a cost. I was also very disappointed that there was a surcharge of £10 per hour for an early check in - even though the room was ready.
