"Pretty much the perfect stay in Venice. Relatively quiet and mercifully AWAY from the massive tourist crowds (early April). But only 5 minutes (walking) from Academia bridge, 10 minutes from Rialto, 10 minutes from San Marco. Good coffee and dining options close by. Clean and spacious, we would happily stay here again."

"Property has perfect location, quiet and clean. Good view from the windows . absolutely suitable for four person. To reach the apartment you have to climb in high stairs for as it was no problem, but I think for people in age it will be difficult. Only thing I don’t like was that you have to get your key in other place far from property it’s little be uncomfortable. I will be happy to come back again."

"We were looking for a place off the beaten track, and this definitely is! We crossed the bridge from the train station, and nearly everyone else went a different way than we did at the first intersection. But about five minutes to Mercato Rialto and the vaporetto stop there, and about five more to the Rialto Bridge. "Nice apartment, really good location. Automated check in was nice - except they did not include link to Tourist Tax, and you can't finalize check in without that. I had to reach out and beg for the link the night before arrival. And property needed maintenance: BR AC did not work well, shower drain very slow. No wifi, it would have been handy since I had to find and download AC operating instructions online."

"Avoid this apartment! When we arrived we noticed an odd smell outside the room that continued to worsen during our stay so much so that it seeped into our room in the middle of the night waking us up. It was so awful it was nauseating and in the morning as we exited the room we had to hold our breath. Absolutely foul. The hotel refused a request for a refund after this experience. Terrible stay, terrible customer service. Do not waste your time here."
