"Nice hotel with a great location in the Grand Canal right at Rialto Bridge in the center of everything in Venice, well kept building friendly staff, also very helpful staff, breakfast included is very good, only thing could be if you don't like crowded areas probably not a place for you, even though crowd are only outside the actual premises, once you enter the hotel it is very silent actually, we went there my wife and I so we don't care about a crowded street outside, we definitely be back at this hotel soon"

"This Hotel is located right at a Water Bus Stop. Easy to access without rolling your luggage thru the streets. Our room (502) was small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and there was a nice garden as well. This location has some great history being a theater where Antonio Vivaldi stated his career 400 years ago. I Would Stay Here Again!"
