"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! They let us store their luggage before checking in and after checking out so we could explore Venice! The young woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. We enjoyed the cappuccino and fresh cake. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet! I would recommend this place to anyone."

"Franchesca our guide from the airport to the hotel, back to the airport was beyond AMAZING! Kind, conversational, brilliant and very strong. She put our bags in our room, Brown! Top floor!!! My bag was so heavy! She picked us up and escorted us back to the airport with the same enthusiasm. She also set us up for our trip to Murano. The guide took us to the private water taxi, we were welcomed by an amazing guide at the dock, given a private tour or the glass factory and taken back to the dock for the perfect private ride back to Venice! This hotel is a 12/10! I can’t express my gratitude enough! See you again soon!"

"Great facilities and an ideal base for visiting Venice A fantastic resort with a real Center Parcs feel, offering loads of amenities and plenty to keep everyone entertained. The accommodation was a good size, providing plenty of space for a comfortable stay. The coach service into Venice was a real bonus, making it easy and convenient to explore the city without the hassle of driving and parking. Another big plus was that the resort was dog-friendly, which made travelling with our four legged companions much easier. A great option for combining a relaxing resort stay with a visit to the wonderful city of Venice."

"The hotel is extremely well located, but very run down. Carpets are worn and dirty. Showers not really clean. Staff were very hospitable, but If not for the location it would be rated 2*"

"It ’s beautiful; the rooms are cute; staff is friendly and helpful. The location of this property is unbeatable - right on Grand Canal, close to everything. Highly recommended. Options with breakfast included are optimal, for breakfast is pretty good (and is served for quite a long time)."
