Everything about this hotel is perfect. It is walking distance from Piazzale Roma - which is a hub for all sorts of transportation. There are lots of local restaurants nearby. It is situated away from all the crowds that can take away from the charm of Venice. I will definitely return.

Wonderful hotel. We were in Italy for 2 weeks, and this was my favorite hotel out of the 4 hotels we stayed at. It was located in a good walkable location. The room and hotel were updated and well maintained throughout. It was clean, comfortable, and had an updated and roomy bathroom. The breakfast was very good, with numerous options. The staff were friendly, kind and helpful. Loved the robes and slippers in the rooms. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Venice.

This is really a nice hotel! The location is on a canal, in a very quiet spot, a short walk from the bus station and only slightly longer from the train station. Our room was great, probably the nicest of our trip. Breakfast was excellent. (Wow, great desserts!) And did I mention the wine at our arrival? As nice as this hotel is, it’s the staff that makes it truly excellent. Reception staff, breakfast staff, housekeeping staff, all of them are exceptional. Thank you for a great stay! (And thank you for the shower chair, which was extremely helpful!) I hope we’ll be back before long!

This hotel was amazing. Great location on the canal…not in the tourist area but close to the People Mover and Tranchetto, if getting on a cruise, and water taxi right at the door. The ambience was old world classy. Breakfast was a great way to start the day and evening appetizers were great. A/C worked perfectly and room was roomy and comfortable. The service from the desk staff was excellent. English spoken everywhere, but who doesn’t love to say Buonjiorno. We would DEFINITELY stay again!

We were beyond impressed by this hotel’s hospitality and welcoming atmosphere. The welcome drink in the garden was so relaxing after traveling all morning. The evening appetizers were appreciated and delicious. The room was spotless and beautiful. It has a safe in the room if you choose to use one(we did). We did not have any issues in the 2 nights we stayed and reception and the garden waiters were so kind and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would return here again.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The understated quality was evident from the moment we checked in when we were invited to the garden for a glass of wine whilst the check-in paperwork was done and our bags taken to the room. The happy hour, the helpful staff and the breakfast were superb. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be within walking distance of the beach tourist sites but still have a sort of oasis to which to retreat.
