The property was very clean with friendly and accommodating staff. It was perfectly located on the grand canal which made it easy to walk to many destinations. The rooftop bar/restaurant was picturesque overlooking the grand canal. The staff was extremely helpful with all our inquiries and was quick to offer suggestions to make our time in Venice pleasurable.

Beautiful hot l on the canal. Victor at check-in was beyond helpful in helping us find places to eat. While our room was not ready, we went and explored the area and toured the sites!

The location was perfect. It is right on the grand canal just down from the Rialto Bridge. It was centrally located to walk to all the different areas of Venice. The staff was amazing and very accomodating. I will absolutely stay here again.
