when we walked into our room the smell of tobacco was too strong. I asked whether people are allowed to smoke in the rooms and the reply was shocking "Of course".
On request, they showed us another room and the smell was slightly better, the bathroom was old and not clean.
as soon as I managed to get on internet, i looked for another hotel nearby and we walked up two streets away, checked the room and decided to move there. When we were returning the keys, staff did not ask why or helped with the luggage. It was really bad experience and i am glad we did not stay there. All around felt extremely run down and under-maintained place.

it was disappointing ...to know that the photos are different from the fact the rooms were smelly . the breakfast in the reception not on the roof terrace, and it is just basic breakfast for the turkish standard , the worst side is the bathroom, no hot water in the sink and leaking under the sink when you open the tap, black fungus around the bath , it was old air heating ...noisy and not enough for the weather standard of Istanbule.

Resepsiyonda sorun yaşandı ve böyle bir oda ayrılmadığını Hotels.com la çalışmasıklarını iddaa ettiler . 1 saat kadar konuşmalar sürdü ardından otelin iddiasına göre bizi gelen bir e-mail ile bizi aldı . Boş oda yoktu hiç ve ayrı yataklı bir oda ayarlandı sonradan. Odayı da 200 TL den vereceklerini söylediler. Uzun uğraşlardan sonra Hotels.com üzerindeki fiyatttan bize ayrı yataklı bir oda verildi

Tam hayal kırıklığı
Otel bakımsızlıktan ve ilgisizlikten dökülüyor, kaldığım oda çok kötüydü, duş alamadım pislikten, ısıtma sistemi fön makinesi gibi sesli ama ısıtma yok, halılar ve mobilyalar 15 yıl önce alındığı gibi duruyor, her yerde beyaz ve zayıf floresan aydınlatma ile çok can sıkıcı ve soğuk bir his uyandırıyor, bulunduğu nokta itibarı ile bile tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir otel deği, işletmenin bir an evvel kendini baştan aşağı yenilemesi gerek.
