The location was great, the hotel staff kind and professional and the room was comfortable. The only downside was that the internet signal in our room was weak - other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was an okay hotel for budget travelers needing only to stay overnight. Staff were nice, speaks English well. Room was okay. It was noisy during the night, which I think is expected because of it's proximity to the restos and bars.

The room is smail,a draive-through street,a lot of traffic,noisy,even with the windows closed.Breakfasts are good,the staff is friendly,tries to help,we left a day caplier,the money was not retuerned,but breakfast was giren as a dry ration.

Cleaning needs improving - lots of hair: Hair in bed, floor, toilet. Bed sheets had hair and stains on it. Towels with stains. (Asked for new towels and sheets and this was fine). Check in was very quick. WiFi poor - fortunately I bought an esim. Breakfast staff were lovely. Breakfast is good and filling. Great location - 8mins walk to a tram stop, 20-25min walk to the main attractions. Great stay for a woman solo traveller. A little noisy in the room (from street and other guests). Overall I’d recommend for a budget stay.

Well located hotel. 10 min walk to inmer city. To arrive by car at rush hour is terrible. The streets are very smal. Very noce hotel. Staff is very helpfull.

Alphonse Hotel is an excellent place to stay if you want to go to Istanbul because its very close to the grand bazaar and other tourist places. This place offers great food and service. We are soooo glad we stayed here. If we come back this is my place to stay.

Please do your self a favor and don’t go to this Hotel. First things first, the hotel is located in the badest area in Istanbul. It’s definitely not safe. It’s like the ghetto in Istanbul. The rooms are not clean. Sanitary room is so dirty. We hated everything and left the hotel after one day and rented another one.

Die Unterkunft war zentral gelegen. Hinter dem Hotel befindet sich die Kumpkani-Station, und etwa 200 Meter in Richtung Meer gibt es ein Fischrestaurant. Dort kann man sich frischen Fisch selbst aussuchen, der anschließend direkt gegrillt oder gebraten wird. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war leider täglich das Gleiche, aber das Essen war sauber und abwechslungsreich.

La amabilidad del personal es increible. Siempre atentos, serviciales y te aconsejan sobre tus inquietudes. La habitación siempre muy limpia. El aire acondicionado se puede regular muy bien desde la habitación. Es un poco pequeña, pero muy completa. La ropa de blanco siempre cambiada. El desayuno completísimo.

Los trabajadores muy amables y sonrientes, la zona es muy bien ubicada pero llegando da un poco de miedo, luego te das cuenta que es solo parte de una nueva cultura, el ruido si se siente mas que todo el llamado a rezar y el trafico pero te acostumbras, el desayuno la estilo turco

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Man konnte alles bequem zufuß erreichen. Dss Personal war super nett. Das Frühstückbuffet war reichhaltig. Einziges Manko war , dass es nachts draußen halt laut war, was aber nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun hat sondern mit dem Taxiverkehr :)
