Traveling with a member of our paety who injured her foot, the staff (including the night manager) went above and beyond to accomodate our requests and make sure we were comfortable. Great value in a central(busy) area.

Our stay at this beautiful and cozy hotel was Outstanding! The location is perfect, the staff are very polite and helpful, breakfast was delicious and included. We have to mention and give special thanks to reception staff, specially Yasin. He went out of his way to accommodate us and took care of every detail of issues and situations we had. He made Our stay very pleasant and we were very happy. If we ever come back to Turkey, we will definitely stay at this beautiful hotel! Rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable! Highly recommend this hotel! 👍👏

What a perfect location. So close to everything. Customer service was exceptional. Amenities were awesome. I stayed one night but wish it would have been longer. It was a lovely stay!

The property is old and needs some slight restoration but everything is clean and the staff is very friendly and serviceable. And then the location is the best one in Istanbul right in front of the iconic Galata Tower and dozens of restaurants and shops.

GREAT LOCATION. This hotel is located right at the base of the Galata tower and the view from both sides of the hotel is very good! We enjoyed the breakfasts with an amazing view to the bridges and sea or to the Galata tower on the other side of the cafeteria. Also great ambient music while having a great breakdast. My favorite dish was the eggs benedict

Not what it used to be

The café at the entrance detracts from the hotel style. Only the front rooms have good views. The rest are dark and dreary. Decor needs a refresh. Shower needs maintenance to control and eliminate mould. Only one small bottle of water is complimentary; thise in the fridge are charged to your account.

Anemon Koleksiyon Galata is truly a comfortable and welcoming hotel. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, assisting me with early check-in and providing great local information. The room was spotless, cozy, and had a beautiful view of the Galata Tower. Breakfast was tasty, and the terrace view is absolutely stunning. A special thanks to Mr. Muhammet at the reception — he was very professional, kind, and always ready to help with anything. This is a trustworthy, sustainable, safe, and very clean hotel. I’ll definitely choose Anemon Koleksiyon Galata again on my next trip to İstanbul. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Walkable and just minutes away from Galata Tower and to coffee shops and restaurants - location 10/10. Hotel not so good as very old and need some updates . First night shower clogged so was moved to another room next day thank you . Unfortunately the room where we were moved to shower also clogged but not as bad so was just tolerated. Third night the AC was not working and we reported but nite Manager did not do anything . All staff very helpful especially day Manager.

Everything was going great until yesterday morning when we went for breakfast, and the server told us there was no breakfast left. Keep in mind, it was only 9:30, and breakfast was supposed to be served until 11.

It don't even know why this hotel has a 4-star rating; it doesn't even deserve one star. The rooms smell terrible, and the bathrooms are equally unpleasant. We felt the need to leave the room quickly. The only advantage of this hotel is its location, but I wouldn't recommend staying here just for that, because it smells bad everywhere, even in the corridors. We booked the hotel for 3 nights and spent most of our time outside, as we didn't feel like going back to the hotel, so we only stayed for a couple of hours to sleep.

The Room: Executive Suite at the first floor with no good view!! waste of money. the room was cold, bathroom was even colder! we had to leave the keycard in the room to keep the heating on! but we only got one keycard to deal with! there was no toilet brush! The Top-floor: Breakfast good👍 Had Tenderloin for the dinner, it come cold, didn't enjoy it!❌ Service was good 👍 View was good 👍
