The room was amazing, with the view and the styling it made for the perfect stay. The staff were warm and smiling. As a single lady traveling by herself, I felt very safe and protected with the attention of the staff. Location wise, it was perfect for my trip. I had everything I needed close to the hotel. What a perfect location. So close to everything. Customer service was exceptional. Amenities were awesome. I stayed one night but wish it would have been longer. It was a lovely stay!

GREAT LOCATION. This hotel is located right at the base of the Galata tower and the view from both sides of the hotel is very good! We enjoyed the breakfasts with an amazing view to the bridges and sea or to the Galata tower on the other side of the cafeteria. Also great ambient music while having a great breakdast. My favorite dish was the eggs benedict

The property is old and needs some slight restoration but everything is clean and the staff is very friendly and serviceable. And then the location is the best one in Istanbul right in front of the iconic Galata Tower and dozens of restaurants and shops.

Not what it used to be

The café at the entrance detracts from the hotel style. Only the front rooms have good views. The rest are dark and dreary. Decor needs a refresh. Shower needs maintenance to control and eliminate mould. Only one small bottle of water is complimentary; thise in the fridge are charged to your account.

The Room: Executive Suite at the first floor with no good view!! waste of money. the room was cold, bathroom was even colder! we had to leave the keycard in the room to keep the heating on! but we only got one keycard to deal with! there was no toilet brush! The Top-floor: Breakfast good👍 Had Tenderloin for the dinner, it come cold, didn't enjoy it!❌ Service was good 👍 View was good 👍
