Good evening when you see the pictures on the web is totally different. So bad customer service my firdge was out since im arrived i went to help desk ask them to fixed it took 3 days and room was dirty and breakfast the menu was same you need to change the menu the stuff is not helpful im not requesting no one stay at his hotel

My room has a fridge which doesn’t work, when I asked the front disk guy he said it’s due to the weather . WHATTTT? What the weather has to do with the fridge in the room. And the bathroom sink was clogged, no trash can in the room

I booked this hotel for 6 nights. It’s was an okay experience with this hotel 6 out of 10 I will rate as you ask for towels they come after ages and holes in towels Coat hangers not provided asked but never came You can’t use 3 pin socket in hotel/ Room Size of rooms are small

My room didn’t really match its description, it was way to small even for 1 person, with a very noisy air conditioner and no windows at all, the little window was opening to utility room (not outside), breakfast was really good though. The area around the hotel didn’t look very safe, a lot of drunk people wandering about.
