Super Hôtel !!!

Super séjour à l'hôtel avec vue sur la mer. Le personnel est très sympa et accueillant. La chambre est propre avec climatisation, wifi et frigo.

Ciddi bir tadilat ve yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var

Otel Balat'ın merkezi konumunda. Ama o kadar... Otel oda ve banyosu rutubet kokuyor. Banyo tesisat ve ekipmanı çok eski. Odalar ciddi bakım ve tadilat istiyor. Alt katta Cafe işletiyorlar. Sağolsunlar bir iki kez çay ikramı yaptılar. Ancak dışarıya kahvaltı vermelerine rağmen otel müşterilerine bu opsiyonu sunmuyorlar. İnternet ilanlarında ücretsiz otopark görünüyor, ancak bunun expedia'nın hatası olarak görüyorlar. Mecburen dar sokaklarda otonuzu park edecek yer arıyorsunuz hep beraber.

Dishonest manager! Directeur malhonnête !

French: Séjour très bref ! L'hôtel est étouffant le directeur de l'hôtel est un homme très malhonnête. Il a également refusé de nous rembourser le séjour alors que mon père pour des raisons de santé ne pouvait accéder à sa chambre (qui était au 4ème étages sans ascenseur)! Établissements à éviter les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité ! L'hôtel est dans une petite rue difficile d'accès. Et une odeurs pas agréable au étages des chambres. ----------------------------------------------- English : Very short stay! The hotel is stuffy The hotel manager is a very dishonest man. He also refused to refund the stay while my father for health reasons could not access his room (which was on the 4th floor without elevator)! Establishments to avoid the pictures do not correspond to reality! The hotel is in a small, difficult to reach street. And an unpleasant smell on the floors of the rooms. --------------------------------------- Turc Çok kısa kal! Otel havasız Otel yöneticisi çok dürüst olmayan bir adamdır. Ayrıca babamın sağlık nedenlerinden dolayı (4. katta asansörsüz olan) odasına girememesi durumunda konaklama ücretini iade etmeyi reddetti!   Resimlerden kaçınmak için yapılan kuruluşlar gerçeğe uygun değil! Otel, küçük, ulaşmak zor bir sokakta. Ve odaların katlarında hoş olmayan bir koku.

Aile sicakliginda profesyonel hizmet. Istanbul'u tadini cikarak gezmeniz icin ideal bolge. Odadaki eksiklikler dile getirdiginiz an gideriliyor. Yeme_icme, gezi, tur, ulasim vb konularinda tecrube suzgecinden gecmis pratik bilgiler veriliyor. Ideal konum, ideal otel. Gulumseyin yeter.

Nice hotel in a charming neighbourhood

Nice and clean little apartment with sea view. Basic, but ok furniture. Super nice location in the lovely district of Balat. Loads of cafés and restaurants around the hotel. 3 minutes to walk to the Balat harbour, and then a 20 minutes ferry ride to get to the middle of Istanbul (Karaköy). Great to start the day with a boat ride! Only thing we missed was a visit in the room to change towels and remove garbage now an then. Balat is a super charming neighbourhood, like a village in the metropol, and Balat residence is a great pleace to stay when visiting Balat and Istanbul.

Needs a lot of improvement

The location is good. Other than that, the service is very bad. We expected daily house-keeping which hasn't happened. we expected free coffee and tea which also didn't happen. After using the washing machine we were told there are fees for using it, although never mentioned before

Berbat!!

Gece 12 gibi otele giriş yaptık. Rezervasyonumuzun olduğunu belirttik iki görevli vardı rezervasyonu evlilik cüzdanımızın olup olmadığını sordu bizde olmadığını belirttik. Evlilik cüzdanımız olmadigi icin (ve muhtemelen odayı daha yüksek bir fiyata sattıkları icin) bizi almamakla birlikte kovdular ve yetmiyormuş gibi erkek arkadaşımın üstüne yürüdüler ve biz ne yapacağımızı bilmeyerek otel aradık. Böyle bir işletme olamaz! Konakladığınızda gösterdikleri güler yüze inanmayın! İnsaniyet namına bir şey yok bu işletmede. Her şeye para gözüyle bakıyorlar. Ve bunu bulduğum her yere yazacağım!

Çok keyifli bir yer. Evimizde hissettik, her konuda yardımcı oldular, son derece sıcak bir ortam. Yer çok merkezi ve güvenli, Balat'ta görülecek gidilecek yerlerin merkezinde. İlk fırsatta tekrar ziyaret edeceğiz. Perfect location in the very center of Balat, safe too. Family business; the hosts help with everything. We will visit again at first chance.

işkenceyi dinlenceye çevirme :))

istanbulda işin bittimi dönmeyin bence :) benim gibi önce eyüp sultan a ziyaret ordan fatih eminönü derken trafik işkencesi çekip benzini,zamanı trafik çilesiyle harcama yerine geçin balat tın bu şirin tarihi otelline hem dinlenin hem biraz kestirin,,hemde trafik çilesinin bitmesini bekleyin ve öyle yola çıkın inanın daha huzurlu ve rahat biryol ve seyahat sizi bekliyor... ben artık hep öyle yapıcam,,tam bir aile oteli olan balat rezidance yi tercih edicem sanki istanbulun 200 sene evvelini yaşıyorsunuz... şimdiden iyi tatiller.
