Terrible service! Their gym and pool are always under work, and facilities are inadequate. Rooms are not spacious enough, and there's no view from the windows. I don't recommend to anyone.

There was nothing like which was mentioned on Expedia. It was so noisy. Breakfast was included in our package but it was pathetic. Overall experience was below average. They should improve their service and also make rooms sound proof.

The staff was kind and helpful yet the room was not equipped with extra blankets, no drawers chest to organized clothes. Very tiny room. But it did have a hair dryer, a mini fridge. No taxi drivers want to drive here. Many times had to walk to a different area or use public transportation.

C’est hôtel qui ne mérite même pas 2 étoiles les chambres tres petites salle de bain vielle avec petit lavabo même pas ou mettre des brosses à dent des serviettes à jeter à la poubelle le petit déjeuner est nulle l’emplacement géographique au milieu d’ateliers de textiles sur une rue en pente et cerise sur la gâteau des cafards la nuit ds la salle de bain

The staff were friendly especially the restaurant staff, very helpful and welcoming. The street the hotel is on was a little dirty but nothing that was not bearable. The facilities were good although they don’t allow swimming without a cap and charge you extra for one so bring one with you. The spa treatments were in the high end and inconsistent with prices. Our room was a budget room. We were not in the room much so wasn’t bothered. Overall I would recommend as central to most sites with good transport links.

Ich fand den Aufenthalt grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings hatte ich eine unangenehme Erfahrung mit einer Mitarbeiterin. Sie nahm mein eigenes Handtuch mit, da sie dachte, es gehöre zum Hotel, obwohl ich mehrfach erklärt habe, dass es mein privates Handtuch ist. Erst am nächsten Tag habe ich es zurückbekommen. Der Umgangston war dabei leider sehr unhöflich – mir wurde gesagt, ich solle mich nicht so wegen eines Handtuchs aufregen. Außerdem war die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer enttäuschend. Uns wurde beim Check-in eine schöne Aussicht versprochen, aber stattdessen blickten wir direkt auf ein Gebäude. Der gebuchte Transfer entsprach nicht den Erwartungen. Statt des abgebildeten Fahrzeugs wurde ein normales Taxi bereitgestellt, was nicht mit dem beworbenen Service übereinstimmte. Ich empfehle, sich gut zu informieren, bevor man dieses Hotel bucht. Overall, the stay was okay, but I had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members. She took my personal towel, thinking it belonged to the hotel, even though I explained several times that it was mine. I only got it back the next day. Unfortunately, she spoke to me in a very disrespectful way, telling me not to make such a fuss about a towel. Also, the view from the room was disappointing. We were told we would get the best view, but instead, we looked directly at a building. The transfer service was not as advertised. Instead of the vehicle shown in the pictures, a regular taxi arrived, which didn’t match the promised Service

I gave 3 because of the breakfasts, it’s was way too cheap and not too many options also it’s totally not as shown in the picture as I picked out this hotel in thought that’s breakfast will be the same or better as in their display pictures, they don’t even have fruits or something make it special, same thing every single morning, however the reception and clean were fine .

The hotel has a great location in the heart of Beyazıt, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, there are several downsides. The hotel does not offer complimentary airport transportation when booking a room. Instead, they charge £45, which is more expensive than the room itself. Noise is a major issue. Every morning, guests leave early with their families, shouting in the corridors, while others make loud noises throughout the hotel. The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear everything—conversations, street noise, and even the lift moving up and down. Additionally, communication with customers is very poor, making it difficult to get assistance or information when needed.

The rooms to small first they give me economy room which is very small , the bed three feet from the entrance door. The room has a small window but what you see an area full of Cigarette butts. But thanks God they change that room after i tell them my booking is for deluxe room not economy, its also tiny but better than the first box they put me in .

Dejligt men med et par knaster

Et ok hotel med en central beliggenhed for både sporvogn og seværdigheder. Personalet er flinke, morgenmaden er god og udsigten om morgenen er sublim. Desværre levede hotellet dog ikke op til vores booking. Dels fik vi ikke to forbundne værelser og dels så er hele deres pool, spa og saunaområde lukket (vi fik fortalt at det vil stå på i yderligere 15 dage).Så pris og produkt passer ikke sammen for denne booking. Det skal dog siges at hotellet tilbyder at man kan besøge deres nabo Hotel Darkhill, hvis man ønsker at hoppe i en pool og få en spaoplevelse.

This was a last minute booking of panic as the original hotel was not fit for human occupation! Having said that, it was lovely! A little language barrier with the staff but not too bad, We wish we had went to the restaurant on the first night and not the last, because the food there was magnificent! I have had surgery a few months prior and most foods can give me issues but not here, it was delicious and I'd go back just for the fajitas again! The food may look over priced at first when compared to the many many kebab places and takeaways around but if the quality doesn't satisfy you the portions certainly will, oh my goodness the plate was piled high with succulent chicken and vegetables,,,,,,, I want to go back now!!! *Wipes drool* Anyway, if I do come back to turkey I'll probably book a few nights here! Oh and the wee black cat that wanders about just outside the front door, the friendliest one in Istanbul!
