Die Übernachtung hat garnicht stattgefunden weil das Hotel keine freie Zimmer hatte. Die haben angeblich vergessen den Portal zu schließen.

HOTEL SO LA LA....

Bei Umbuchungen wird garnicht weitergeholfen. Das Personal ist in dieser Hinsicht nicht nett. Die Lage ist mitten im Zentrum. Das Hotel ist geeignet für Leute, die von morgens bis abends unterwegs sind und nur ums Schlafen in das Hotel gehen. Sauberkeit ist leider nicht so prickelnd. Wir wollten das Zimmer wechseln, leider wurde uns nicht weiter geholfen. Bei Thema Service waren die hilfsbereit. Wenn was gefehlt hat, haben die einen geholfen.

прекрасное соотношение цены и качества. главные плюсы - отличная локация и очень хороший завтрак, что редкость в стамбульских недорогих отелях. персонал шел навстречу во всех пожеланиях и помогал найти нужную информацию. ежедневная смена постельного белья, предоставление дополнительных удобств по первому запросу, вежливость и предупредительность - все супер! небольшая площадь номера - абсолютно адекватна цене. у нас очень большой опыт поездок в Стамбул, и этот отель, по совокупности признаков, просто лучший в своей категории.

Très bien situé proche de toutes commodités dont la gare ferroviaire et la station de tramway à 3min à pied. Sultanhamet est à 2 stations de tramway et l'accès au port de tourisme pour visiter le bosphore à 1 station. Ce n'est pas le grand luxe mais c'est propre (drap, serviette et ménage tous les jours). Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le petit déjeuner est bien (buffet) et le personnel très sympathique.

Die Unterkunft war von der Lage und Personal aus sehr TOP. Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, unser Zimmer wurde täglich gesäubert, neue Handtücher, neue Bettwäsche wurde bezogen (sauber), Boden wurde gesaugt und gewischt, Klo und Bad gereinigt. Sehr zentrale Lage innerhalb 100m bei der Tram, rundherum mit köstlichen Restaurants. Es gab nur ein negativen Punkt das unser Zimmer für drei Person nicht allzugroß war. Kaum Platz für unsere Koffer und uns zsm. Under Spiegel hing zu tief unten. Aber mit der Zeit hat man sich an das Zimmer gewöhnt. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt und den umgang der Mitarbeitern mehr als Zufrieden. Könnte mir vorstellen bei meiner nächsten Reise nach Istanbul wieder diesen Hotel zu buchen.

Ein schreckliches Hotel, auf KEINEN Fall zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer waren schmutzig, die Handtücher waren befleckt, der Duschkopf im Bad lag kaputt auf dem Boden, die Matratze war gelb und befleckt. Die Bilder sind als Beweis für euch zu sehen. Trotz Meldung an der Info und der Bitte um Instandsetzung, wurde nichts seitens hotel unternommen. Bei den Umständen waren wir gezwungen uns ein neues hotel zu nehmen. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich. Tut euch sowas bitte nicht an.
