Beautiful property but the traffic noise was crazy. Had to use earplugs to sleep. The kitchen was more than accommodating for my dietary restrictions of gluten free. Even the breakfast buffet was accommodating. Close to transit if you’re adventurous. Staff more than happy to please.

From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, all of the staff was helpful and cheerful. Not only did they care for me when I was on property, they provided me with their phone numbers in case of emergencies. They all proud a sense of proud to their jobs and it shows. I will be back again and will tell my friends!

This was our fourth stay at the Bricks Hotel in nine months. We were once again very satisfied. Service and customer satisfaction are top priorities at the Bricks Hotel. The staff are all very friendly and helpful at all times. I would like to particularly highlight Mr. Salih and Mr. Ismail for their excellent service. I can definitely recommend this hotel and am already looking forward to our next stay at the Bricks Hotel.

The room was great, hotel staff were fine. Very disappointed with the restaurant on the 8th floor, did have the drinks they adverted on the menu. Next day we want to the main restaurant around 6pm ish. We were taken to our seats. Then a few minutes later the waitress came over and said that they are not open today and told us to go to the 8th floor. One question is why did they sit us down and why didn’t they have a sign saying they are closed. There are only few restaurants close to this hotel, not much of a choice for eating out.

The check-in process was seamless and efficient. The staff were incredibly kind, courteous, and attentive. The property itself was spotless and had a cozy atmosphere. Despite its location near the highway, the room was impressively quiet. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable stay. The hotel is conveniently surrounded by a great selection of local restaurants and shopping options. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of choices and a chef preparing fresh omelets to your preferences. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations and left a lasting impression.

This was the third time I stayed at the Bricks Hotel and I was once again very satisfied. The staff all give a professional, serious and friendly impression. You always feel comfortable. Extreme importance is attached to cleanliness. The breakfast is perfectly adequate, there is enough choice for everyone. I will consider the hotel again next time. However, I must mention that Arab guests again attracted negative attention in the hotel and did not know how to behave in front of other guests. Be it in the breakfast room or in the corridors. The noise of these guests is unmistakable at all times. However, this is not the hotel's fault. Clearly recommend the Bricks Hotel!
