Nice and pleasant stay, had an issues with heating system at the room, but duty Manager Perla did her best to help and solve the problem, Only comment i have is the bed mattress was so soft , which is not my preference, Else all was very good .

Great hotel

The hotel facilities are very new, modern appliances, the shower was amazing! Some small issues, such as: there is no AC (just central heating) and at night the room gets hot, also the fact that the breakfast is not a buffet, which is kinda unconfortable (but its ok considering most of the properties dont even offer breakfast). Location was incredible, very near taksim and istklal and lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

The location was a few minutes walk to the Taksim Square. The staffs were professional and friendly. The service was so quick that surprised me in some cases 😅 Breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was gorgeous with a view of the Bosporus and bridge. The room was clean and beautiful but not very big. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in the heart of the busy neighborhood of Istanbul but the room noise isolation was great and we had comfortable and quiet night. Overall great and I’ll definitely consider this hotel whenever I return back to Istanbul
