It was really nice, I just have one complaint! I asked the front desk if all the rooms came with complimentary breakfast and he said yes but the next morning the check in person said we did not have it for our room number. Having everyone on the same page with the same info, would be fantastic!

I have stayed at this property before where the standards were better hence why I returned but sadly this time it wasn’t as good, no toiletries were provided, sofa bed was ever so uncomfortable. Overall I was disappointed!

Great stay, I have no complaints. Staff was helpful, bed was amazing, room was clean and breakfast was good. We did not see the pool. Location was a bit outside the main tourist area but it was quiet and taxis and Uber were plentiful.

This property should not be listed as 5 star. If you have more than 2 people in a room they will still require everyday for you to go to the desk or call the desk to ask for another towel and another water. They are not courteous. Our friend’s room was even left completely open after the cleaning service was done. They don’t have a functioning restaurant and the Starbucks doesn’t open until 8:30AM. The linen and pillow was also not left in the room for the extra person (even though the reservation was for 3 people). There are no perks here. The mini fridge only had 1 water in it. When I asked the front desk for water they said they could give us 1 but not 3 (enough for one per person). Stay somewhere cheaper if you want bad service. The area directly behind the hotel is the hood so be careful if you walk out.

Negatives: 1- We had 3 rooms and even though we requested to be together they gave us rooms in different floors but we couldn’t get to each other’s rooms as the elevator works with the room key and only goes to the floor that your room is located. 2- The building’s layout is the way that all rooms overlooking the lobby/restaurant and it was so noisy when people were having breakfast. 3- taking a shower was very unpleasant because you would lose the water in the middle of taking shower so many times also there was no consistency in the water temperature. It was switching to freezing cold and extremely hot every 2 minutes. 4- they have free WiFi but it logs you out every 8 hours and you have to keep adding your name, room number & password. 5- there is a mosque next to the hotel with huge speakers and they had prayers 5 times a day but the most annoying was at 4:30 in the morning that woke us up every single day. Positives: 1- super friendly and helpful staff. 2- breakfast buffet was awesome. 3- free shuttle to Taksim square.

>> MUST READ!! DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE << I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel at all. My personal opinion for hotels is that they need to be top service, at the very minimum. If I am paying for a 5 star hotel, it should be 5 star. It is the first thing the tourist experiences in your country and it should be the nicest and most pleasant experience. It seems as though 5 star is now like a 3 star hotel? This hotel wasn’t even good enough to be a 2 star. The most uncomfortable, noisy, rude stay I have ever experienced. I swore I’d write a detailed review, and here I am. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, so please read this review. Let me begin by stating that it is NOT in Taksim. The hotel is far and on a busy main road, so you can forget about peaceful sleep. It’s in a bad neighbourhood, where no taxis even want to take you anywhere because of the traffic to get anywhere. The ‘Taksim Shuttle’ doesn’t drop you off anywhere near Taksim. My grandmother was with us, she can’t walk much and they told us this goes to Taksim. We were three women staying in their average room, with 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed. The sofa bed was as hard as sleeping on the floor. The mattress was so thin. Room service is NOT up to standard. The cleaning is not good. They do not clean the room properly. That sticker ‘your room has been cleaned and disinfected’ is a complete lie. I have plenty of photos showing layers of dust everywhere in the room. I have a lot more to say….

WORST STAY EVER
Extremely poor service at this hotel. I have never experienced a hotel which such poor and a negative attitude. The answer was always NO to everything. The AC didn’t work in the bedroom which resulted to a super hot Room in the evening having called repeatedly and making a complaint the Answer was no we cannot change your room til we fix it. The shower fixings we’re broken which meant the shower head kept falling as water passed through it: when complaining about this we was told it was because you requested a room with a bath. Could they fix it? No: not til the next day. The NON SMOKING room smelt of smoke. When this was mentioned they said NO this is not possible. They overcharged me from the amount agreed with hotels.com by £50, Breakfast was added at 3 times the amount shown on the website, when questioned they said No we match OUR website price as rates change daily! SEFER in particular was a arrogant man at reception, I WONT BE STAYING HERE EVER AGAIN

the window in our room was broken, the first night we had to stay in that room noise was coming to the room from the street and it was cold because the window was not closed and they couldn't fix the problem that night, for next day they had to change our room this one the shower was broken which you should hold it otherwise the water was going to one of the sid, we didn't want to ask again to not change the room again, we had only 6 night we didn't want to spend it in changing room we decided to use Turkish bath more but we found out that there was an extra charge for Turkish bath and this charge never mentioned on the website, and always when we travel to turkey the Turkish bath is free for hotel guests, one time my husband forgets his room key and the key used for the lift too he was at spa area and asked one staff in spa reseption to open the lift but she didnt helped him to get to the room so he had to call our room so my son takes the key for him.
