Negatif: Ses yalıtımı çok kötü. Diğer odalardaki tüm ses fazlasıyla duyuluyor. Gece yarısı tuvalet sifon sesleri ile uyanıyorsunuz. Dış cepheden de çok fazla ses alıyor.
Kahvaltı beklentiniz olmasın. Vasat bir kahvaltı tabağı var.
