"Hotel is in good location however very poor guest relations. I have already paid everything except extras via Expedia. At the end they asked for a service charge??? I have never heard from any other hotels at the checkout I have to pay for service charge. I didn’t use any restaurant or bar at the hotel and they asked me to pay for service charge. They force you to wear hat for using the swimming pool which many others never wore any. In all three stars more generous for this hotel!"

"Airport Transfers!! This was our feedback to the hotel directly: Gd morning! Sadly, to say that the airport transfers and vehicles were conducted very poorly! On arrival, it was hard to find the staff at a point called Aura, it was a crowded hustling marjet place! After going through 14+ hours of flight, and enduring the cold, Smokey environment whilst waiting for the driver, once we had secured contact with Aura representative, we were hustled in a group to a remote area in the airport parking lot and told to get into an old vehicle, ranked of smoke with 3 other passengers! Transfer back to airport yesterday morning was pre booked for 10.30 am, we were ready and waiting in the lobby by 10 am and driver was late! A rickety, old, dirty VW van arrived and announced a different name for pickup, but reception told him ride was for us and before we could object to getting into this vehicle, we were ushered in! I did manage to tell the receptionist that this was not we were told to expect! Stepping inside was a horror! It was so dirty and worn out reaked of bad smell! My eyes were watering and the extreme smell of cigarettes smoke, took our breathe away! I have severe asthma, and had to use my inhaler multiple times! We are truly upset and horrified by the whole experience."
