House keeping was good ... but reception staff and in restaurant including breakfast were very poor in understanding english ... if you want more business from foreigners send staff for English training

They did not provide me transportation from airport to hotel as promised. So i had to take another hotel. They did not gave me my refund. Spoke with them and over the phone they agreed they will refund but then no.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff and excellent food. Spa facilities were limited and no pool at all. Spa facilities are male and female only. Female side only has a sauna and steam room (which wasn't working on our visit). Quite far out from everything so needed to rely on taxis, which are expensive.
