All staff are very helpful and kind. The hotel is very accessible in all areas. Loads of restaurant. Walkable place from hotel to the tourist spot.

Arrived past midnight and they were able to arrange an airport transfer to the hotel to take the hassle put of arriving at that hour. 24/7 front desk who is always willing to help you and make a plan for the day. The boys at the front desk were very friendly and provided restaurant recommendations as well as recommendations for things to do in Istanbul. They upgraded our room to the family suite which was awesome. Room was very spacious, clean, and quiet. Location was perfect as it was within walking distance to the Hagia Sophia and so many attractions as well as the tram. Really enjoyed our stay here and recommend the property!

I highly recommend staying here as it's centrally located, just a short walk from the Sultanahmet tram station. There's also a supermarket on the next street. I will definitely be coming back!

This is a family run hotel and the owners and staff are absolutely wonderful to interact with. Amine checked us in and we felt right at home. Paro and Ali were always available to assist and share recommendations. The hotel is walking distance to Topkapi, Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque along plenty of restaurants. We were really happy with our stay and look forward to returning again

I have stayed here multiple times and I absolutely recommend this place for you and your family. The staff here are the most hospitable and sweetest people you will meet that will go out of their way to make you feel at home and help you whenever you need. Stay was safe and comfortable. The staff hospitality was excellent, taking extra efforts to ensure all are needs were taken care. Hotel is at prime location, with less than 5 min walk to hagia Sofia and many eateries around. Rooms were clean and spacious. They also had their sweet shop which offered us discounts, for take aways.

Excellent location, walkable distance to main attractions and public transport. The staff are very helpful and friendly.5 star for the customer service.helped us to get a local SIM and also booked few tours for us. Very clean and reasonably spacious room. I’m telling you right now, there is NO better hotel to stay at in your trip to Istanbul! One: it is extremely convenient as it’s a 4 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Two: the staff was truly amazing! Always asking me if I needed anything, going out of their way to make sure all my needs are met. I even needed some souvenirs shipped back home and as it is a family run business, the owners cousin offered to ship my things back home for a GREAT price! Truly a great group of people that really make you feel at home. Thank you again! Will definitely be staying here again next time I come to Istanbul!

The hotel is in a great location. Next to the walls of Topkapi palace. You can walk to Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet in 2 minutes. We called 5 minutes before we arrived at the hotel. Mr. Emin met us on the road. He arranged parking for us. The whole team was very professional and helpful. They offered us coffee at the entrance to the hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Our room had a sea view. And the price was very reasonable. It was a great experience.
